Blackhawk has no age requirement on owner operator tractors and
trailers. If your equipment can pass an annual DOT inspection, you
can lease on with us. We offer one of best Owner Operator
compensation contracts in the industry. Blackhawk pays all miles per
PC Miler and fuel surcharge on loaded dispatched miles.

Our Driver Managers partner with owner operators and each owner
operator has an individual Driver Manager. Our Driver Managers, work
with the owner operator to plan in advance for his next load, so
that the minimum amount of time is lost before the owner operator is
loaded and moving again.
Like the majority of Blackhawk’s management team, most of our Driver Managers are former drivers, so they understand what it is like in the “real world.”
The Blackhawk fleet has 160 company trucks. And the
fleet is growing by more than two new trucks every month. The
majority of company trucks are vans used for dedicated customer
runs.
