August 12, 2013- Blackhawk Transport driver Bobby Hector has been named Georgia Pacific’s 2012 Dedicated Driver of the Year. The award honors safety, fuel conservation, miles driven and service – reflected in Hector’s 100% on-time delivery for Georgia Pacific over the last 3 years. Hector,a commercial driver for 26 years, has been with Blackhawk since 2005 and has served as the lead driver on the GP account since the fleet started 3 years ago. He currently has logged 980,000 safe driving miles with Blackhawk, and plans to accomplish 1 million safe miles before the end of the year.
